Marsk Organic Brow liner Audrey
Product Review

Marsk Organic Brow liner – Audrey

Today I am reviewing the Marsk Organic Brow liner in Audrey, named after the iconic Audrey Hepburn. This is the darker brown of the two shades available in Australia, unfortunately, this product is not currently available in Marsk US & Canada store at the moment, though there is the eye liner Morning Coffee which may serve as a possible alternative. Ingredients for Audrey here.

Scent – There is no scent at all, yay!Marsk Organic Liner Audrey

Texture– Rich and creamy, doesn’t drag and blends well.

PackagingClean and simple standard wooden pencil. Not sure if sustainable sources but will follow up directly and update.

ApplicationThis brow liner is highly pigmented and super smooth. It can be set with powder or used alone to enhance shade.

Results–  This liner lasts well but is best set with a powder. Depending on how close this liner is to your natural colour, this will allow you to lighten or darken as needed.

Overall– This is a wonderful brow liner that feels natural and creamy on application.  The color itself may not suit all types as it is but can easily be lightened or darkened as needed. I would recommend this out of the two options for all light to mid range brunettes, as this option is far more versatile. I do not think I could advise this pencil for natural or year round blondes as it would be too light, though the option Marilyn is available, nor to those with black hair as it is a distinct brown, though I’m sure the organic eyeliner Pitch Black would work in this situation. I have included a swatch to the right that shows the contrast in browns between dark eye shadow applied and light, as well as the difference in tone compared with 2 other brown eyeliners.

Certified Organic, Cruelty-Free. Talc, paraben, fragrance and GM free, you can find the Brow Liner and full range here for Australian readers and the rest of the range  here  for all US and Canadian readers.
